HI THERE!

My name is Brody Hecker and this is my blog for ALC215 - Globalisation and the Media.

I am 20 years old and I'm currently in my second year at Deakin's Waurn Ponds campus, studying a Bachelor of arts, majoring in Media and Communication.

I love all things to do with sport, especially AFL (go cats) and play for St. Joseph's Football Club.

My other interests include music, art, and technology, so I have a fairly diverse range of hobbies and pastimes which all seem to be relevant to globalisation in some way, which will hopefully help in this unit!

As for the theme of my blog, I am currently undecided. Due to the variety of my personal interests, it may just focus on a range of aspects in contemporary society, or it may centralise around a certain element.
